On a blistering hot day the racing was underway at Natural Bridge.  The track temps were high enough to fry a crocodile.  There was a great showing once again in the True Street classes with more new cars.  Troy Lovell was the first to hit the 6.95 index and Brian Turner hit the 5.95 dead on.  In the second round of eliminations, Street Race favorite Jayson Dalton after qualifying #1 put his red Nova Bodacious on it's lid.  The car was a total loss but Jayson walked away with only a few bruises.  Keep an eye out for Jayson he will be back in action with Bodacious III.
